For three-month fast-growing solid lung nodules, the first step is to clarify the nature of the problem, and in the symptomatic treatment, such as giving anti-infective treatment, puncture biopsy, surgical resection or radiofrequency ablation. For fast-growing pulmonary nodules, it is important to seek medical advice and standardize treatment under the guidance of a doctor. Anti-infective treatment, such as ceftriaxone, may be given temporarily, and chest CT should be repeated after 1~2 weeks. If the nodule becomes smaller, it may be an inflammatory nodule, and should be repeated regularly. If the nodule does not decrease in size or continues to increase in size, be alert to malignant tumor. Percutaneous lung aspiration biopsy is feasible to clarify the type of pathology and guide the next step of treatment. Surgical resection or radiofrequency ablation is also feasible. Therefore, for different nature of lung nodules, the treatment method is different, according to the nature of the nodule to choose the treatment plan.
