Swelling of the calves without pain and swelling is considered to be related to drinking a lot of water, varicose veins of the lower limbs, coronary heart disease, chronic nephritis and so on.
1. Drinking a lot of water: People who drink a lot of water recently can experience swelling and painlessness in their legs due to water retention.
2. Varicose veins of the lower limbs: Varicose veins of the lower limbs are related to congenital weakness of superficial vein walls and poor structure and function of venous valves. Most of the patients have no obvious symptoms, but it can also be manifested as bruise-like bulging of legs, soreness and discomfort.
