Lymph node structure is unclear, is the cancer metastasized?

Lymph node structure is not necessarily cancer metastasis. If there is abundant blood flow signal, it may be cancer metastasis; however, unclear lymph node structure may also be caused by lymphadenitis. Further examination is needed to clarify the cause of the disease and treat the symptoms.
Lymphadenitis is a localized infectious disease, which will cause cortical and medullary edema of lymph nodes, and then lymphatic vessels will be narrowed, and eventually the structure of lymph nodes will be unclear, which is not cancer metastasis.
If the structure of lymph nodes is damaged, the lymphatic gate disappears, the boundary between cortex and medulla is unclear, the peripheral structure of lymph nodes is unclear, and there are abundant blood flow signals in the lymph nodes, this situation may be cancer metastasis.
If the structure of lymph nodes is not clear, it is recommended to consult doctor in time, complete relevant examination and carry out appropriate treatment under doctor’s guidance.
