Abstract：This paper analyzes the rationality and feasibility of using the generous re-treatment method to treat urinary stones, and proposes new treatment ideas and formulas based on “turbidity” and “identification of disease”. We will share the results with our colleagues. Although these patients usually have no obvious symptoms, some occasionally have lumbar discomfort, but with the progress of the disease, often accompanied by hydronephrosis, inflammation, or even renal colic, the pain is intense, from time to time, causing great pain to patients. The existing clinical treatment methods include extracorporeal lithotripsy, surgical de-stoning, and drug de-stoning, etc. The first two have certain indications and side effects, while the latter has less side effects, but the course of various drugs is generally longer and the efficacy is not satisfactory enough. Urinary stones belong to the category of “gonorrhea” in Chinese medicine, which is also known as gonorrhea, five gonorrhea, and according to its clinical manifestations, it is divided into hot gonorrhea, blood gonorrhea, gas gonorrhea, stone gonorrhea, cream gonorrhea, labor gonorrhea and cold gonorrhea. However, the duration of the disease is long, the pathogenesis is complicated, and the condition is variable due to the inappropriate treatment. The development of the disease is often characterized by mixed cold and heat, mixed deficiency and reality, and mixed evidence, and the deficiency and reality are mixed with cold and heat, and the symptoms are variable and difficult to cure. At present, the evidence of urinary stones is considered to be in two categories, namely deficiency and reality, with the reality being damp-heat and blood stasis, and the deficiency being kidney deficiency. However, the efficacy of various allopathic drugs often falls short of expectations. The overall efficiency is high, but the cure rate is often low, and the improvement of symptoms is more than enough to reduce the stones, and the stones that have not been eliminated may cause new diseases in the future. Here is a key factor, that is, urinary stones is a tangible evil, compared to other diseases more special, although it is contributed by the transformation of damp, heat, silt and other evil, but the stones have been different from ordinary internal evil, the formation of stones to dissipate again, very reason can be exhausted treatment. Therefore, the author believes that it is advisable to start from the perspective of identifying the disease. Modern medical research has found that the composition of urinary stones mainly covers calcium oxalate, calcium phosphate and urate, among which calcium oxalate stones can account for 86.9%, and most stones are mainly mixed stones. In the process of urinary stone formation, the supersaturation of crystal-forming salts in the urine, the lack of crystal-formation inhibiting substances and the presence of nuclear matrix are the three main factors, which play a very important role in stone formation. The main cause of the kidney is water. The kidney is the main water source, and the water is turned into stones, therefore, the kidney is the guest of sand and stones, and the Materia Medica is the source of all the problems, which are all due to the inability of the damp earth to transport and transform, and the presence of fire to combine with it, so that the stones are gathered in the waterway. Therefore, urinary stones are not simply a result of heat burning the urine, but rather a prerequisite – urine “turbidity”, the urine is first “turbid” evil, which is either met with qi stagnation, or blood stasis, or damp heat, or due to deficiency, It can accumulate as stones when it encounters Qi stagnation, blood stasis, dampness and heat, or due to deficiency. Thus, to treat urinary stones more thoroughly, we cannot rely on conventional symptomatic treatment alone, but also need to identify the cause and state of the disease, and borrow the modern medical method of “improving the internal environment”, and use medicine from multiple perspectives to achieve better results. The author proposes to treat urinary stones from “turbidity” and use generous treatment according to the actual situation of patients with urinary stones in the course of daily consultation and treatment, and explore the reasons for the poor efficacy by combining the clinical efficacy of medicine. The author proposed the idea of treating urinary stones from “turbidity”, and achieved good results in clinical practice. Based on the above theoretical basis, the author formulated his own formula for eliminating turbidity and resolving stones, which consists of 20 drugs, including Dang Shen, Huang Qi, Bai Zhu, Fu Ling, Qian Cao, Hai Jin Sha, Sheng Ji Jin, Yin Chen, Fu Ling, Zhi Mu, Huang Bai, Dioscorea Z, Q Cunningham, Qu Mai, Liuxing Zi, Huai Niu Kne, Dan Pi, Dandelion, and Xiang Shen. Among them, the use of Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Radix Astragali and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae to nourish qi and benefit qi. The prescription should consider all kinds of contradictions, and only use generosity to cure the disease. At the same time, the dose of the main contradictory drugs should be sufficient to achieve the effect of attacking and replenishing the deficiency, and at the same time, the disease should be stopped, so as not to hurt the righteousness. Sixth consultation: ultrasound showed no fluid in the right kidney and ureter. I gave Tao Hong Si Tang combined with Si Jun Zi Tang and Qian Qian Cao to follow up. Of course, generosity is not disorderly, but also when the identification of evidence is accurate, the formula is rigorous, and the combination is reasonable.
