Etiology of dry syndrome

The disease is most often seen in middle-aged and older women. Like many diseases in rheumatology, this disease is an autoimmune disease, the causes of which are more complex. Simply put, on the basis of congenital deficiencies, the disease is triggered by the long-term influence of many undesirable factors, resulting in immune dysfunction and undisciplined immune cells in the body, which attack human cells at will. This is like, the northwest of China is naturally located inland, the air is dry, rainfall is scarce, should have organized the masses to prevent drought and disaster, but it happened to meet the Cultural Revolution, social disorder, even meteorologists, water plant workers were also arrested to criticize, the result of “drought” has become a “disaster The result was that “drought” became a “disaster”. In terms of congenital factors, modern medicine has found that there are a series of genes in the patient’s body that are different from normal people; there are also surveys that show that the patient’s relatives are prone to various autoimmune diseases (including dry syndrome), and the patient himself is prone to other autoimmune diseases or rheumatic diseases at the same time. However, the congenital (genetic) factors alone are not sufficient to cause the disease, but also require acquired factors. These acquired factors include: suffering from some germs, viral infections (such as Coxsackie virus, EBV, etc.), bad environmental factors, bad living habits, long-term bad diet, long-term overthinking, abnormal sex hormone levels (especially female hormone abnormalities) and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine also plainly believes that internal dryness (including dryness caused by seven emotions, dryness caused by qi deficiency and yin deficiency, dryness caused by yin deficiency and blood deficiency, dryness caused by stagnation of blood, phlegm, dampness and heat, etc.) and external dryness (including dryness caused by six mirths, dryness caused by epidemics, dryness caused by diet, etc.) lead to the lack of yin and fluid in the body and deficiency of both qi and yin, which promote the disease.
