How to train nearsighted eyes to be dull and lifeless

The eyes of myopic patients look dull and sluggish usually due to blurred vision, which usually cannot be improved by training. Patients can improve their eye discomfort by wearing glasses or having surgery to correct myopia and improve their visual acuity.
Myopia patients can experience vision loss, which is generally more pronounced the higher the degree of myopia. Myopic patients cannot see the details of a scene when they look at it, and squint or blink frequently in order to see clearly, as the patient may exhibit a dull gaze. Patients may be prescribed eyeglasses or refractive surgery to correct their myopia and improve their visual acuity, thereby improving their dull, lifeless eyes.
If the patient is not yet an adult, spectacles are usually the mainstay of correction. If the patient has already reached adulthood and cannot wear glasses because of work or life needs, the patient can undergo refractive surgery to correct myopia and improve vision.
It is recommended that myopic patients consult a hospital in a timely manner to assess their condition and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
