Lipo knife surgery, also known as cervical loop electrosurgery, is a complementary diagnostic or therapeutic tool performed when a hysteroscopic biopsy is not diagnostic enough, or when the diagnosis is cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Prior to the procedure, the bladder is placed in a cystotomy position, the vulva-vagina is disinfected, sterile towels are spread, the cervix is exposed with a vaginal speculum, and the vaginal cervix and external cervical opening are disinfected. Prior to the procedure, the cervix was coated with compound iodine solution, and 0.5 cm outside the area where the iodine did not stain, the appropriate electrode was selected and the appropriate treatment parameters were set according to the extent of the lesion and the body of the cervix to avoid thermal damage affecting the pathological analysis of the cut edge. A mark was made at 12 points of the resected specimen and sent for pathological examination. Sterile gauze was used to stop bleeding after the procedure using compression.
