A strong vibration of the heart beating strongly is considered to be a sign of a fast heart rate, which is usually associated with atrial fibrillation, ventricular fibrillation, and sinus tachycardia. According to the cause of the disease, medication, general treatment, special treatment can be carried out. 1. Atrial fibrillation: atrial fibrillation is a type of arrhythmia. To treat this disease, psychological care is needed to avoid anxiety and tension that lead to rapid heartbeat; if combined with severe infections, oral cephalosporin can play a bactericidal role as prescribed by the doctor; when combined with embolism, combined anticoagulant therapy is recommended, for example, warfarin and so on. 2. Ventricular fibrillation: usually associated with ischemic heart disease, in the acute attack, cardiopulmonary resuscitation is required, and defibrillation should be arranged immediately if possible, so that the patient’s ventricular rate can return to normal. 3. Sinus tachycardia: usually associated with sympathetic excitation or decreased vagal tone. Some patients are due to physiologic factors, such as smoking and emotional stress. If there is no organic lesion, no special treatment is needed. If there is acute myocardial infarction, which affects normal breathing, timely oxygenation and reduction of cardiac load are required. When the heart beats with a strong sense of vibration, it is recommended to do ECG and cardiac ultrasound as soon as possible to exclude organic lesions of the heart, and then carry out treatment with the diagnostic results.
