A lot of small blood blisters on the vulva can be caused by condyloma acuminatum, herpes zoster vulvae, or excessive friction. 1. Condyloma acuminatum: usually transmitted through sexual transmission, mother-to-child transmission or indirect contact, can be manifested in the vulva, anus appear superfluous organisms, after friction may turn red, seems to have a lot of small blood blisters. 2. Vulvar herpes zoster: caused by viral infection, usually occurs on one side of the vulva, but not more than the midline, manifested as translucent reddish blisters, accompanied by pain, burning sensation, there may be localized skin lesions. 3. Excessive friction: too frequent sexual life and localized friction on the vulva may lead to inflammation of the skin and hair follicles of the vulva, and small red blood blisters may appear. 4. Localized allergy of the vulva: when the vulva is locally allergic to the material of sanitary napkins or underwear, there may also be many small blood blisters on the vulva, which will be accompanied by pain, burning or itching discomfort of the vulva, and so on, and should be promptly consulted. There may also be other causes for the many small blood blisters found on the vulva, and prompt medical attention should be sought to identify the causes and standardize the treatment to avoid aggravation of the symptoms.
