Knee don’t catch tendon, clinically known as knee interlock, is generally considered to be caused by meniscus injury or intra-articular free body entrapment. In this case, arthroscopic meniscus suture surgery, arthroscopic meniscoplasty, or arthroscopic free body removal can be performed as follows: 1. Arthroscopic meniscus suture surgery: If the meniscus injury is on the side close to the joint capsule and the blood supply in this area is good, meniscus suture surgery can be used. 2. Meniscoplasty surgery: If the meniscus injury is on the side away from the joint capsule, the meniscus has a good chance of healing due to the blood supply in this area: If the meniscus injury is on the side away from the joint capsule, it is difficult for the meniscus to heal itself because of the low blood supply or even lack of blood supply in this area. Therefore, meniscoplasty is often used to remove the meniscus tissue that produces mechanical compression, which can solve the situation of the knee pinched tendon.
