CENPB antibodies are auto-antinuclear antibodies, which are DNA-binding protein components of the mitogen antigen and are concentrated in the nuclei of dividing chromosomes and interphase cells. Its positivity is mainly associated with connective tissue disease, limited systemic sclerosis disease, and is a CREST syndrome-specific indicator. Clinical signs include calcium salt deposition, Raynaud’s disease phenomenon, esophageal motility disorders, sclerosis of the ends of the fingers and toes, and capillary dilatation.
However, a strong positive anti-hairpin antibody B alone cannot diagnose a certain disease, which should be combined with clinical symptoms and other relevant examinations, and cooperate with the doctor to actively clarify the condition.
