Atrophic gastritis in active stage with intestinalization is mainly treated with dietary adjustments, omeprazole, bismuth potassium citrate, amoxicillin and other medications. 1. General treatment: patients should try to eat a light diet, easy to digest, avoid spicy stimulating food, and avoid eating greasy and barbecue food, to avoid further damage to the gastric mucosa. 2. Drug therapy: atrophic gastritis with enteritis, if there is no H. pylori infection, mainly take acid-suppressing drugs and mucosal protectants, such as omeprazole, rabeprazole, bismuth potassium citrate, aluminum thioglycollate and so on. If H. pylori infection is detected, quadruple therapy is required, i.e. one proton pump inhibitor, one bismuth agent and two antibiotic drugs, e.g. omeprazole, colloidal bismuth pectin, metronidazole, amoxicillin. All of the above drugs need to be taken under the guidance of a doctor, and patients should not take the drugs on their own.
