Hard bumps on the back that don’t hurt or itch should be considered for lipomas, acne, or elastofibromas of the back. Treatment includes laser treatment or surgery.
1. Lipoma: Smaller lipoma develops slowly without clinical symptoms and is generally not treated. If the back lipoma is larger, it is painless but will affect the aesthetics, it can be removed by minimally invasive laser lobectomy or surgical excision.
2. Powdery mildew: also known as sebaceous cyst, due to the blockage of sebaceous gland ducts under the skin, the contents of which cannot be discharged and formed cysts, the treatment of which is mainly based on surgical excision.
3. Elastofibroma of the back: related to abnormal trauma, mainly manifested as hard nodules palpable on the skin of the back. Surgical excision is the main treatment.
If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to find out the cause of the disease and follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the treatment.
