The following tests are required for renal bone disease: 1. If the patient is in stage I to V of CKD, dual-energy X-ray bone density testing is recommended to understand bone mass; 2. Patients can use blood bone metabolism and biochemical index tests, including serum parathyroid hormone, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, blood bone alkaline phosphatase and anti-tartaric acid phosphatase; 3. For patients in the middle and late stages, X-ray tests can also be performed; 4. For patients in stage III to V of CKD, bone biopsy is the gold standard for diagnosis.
