How nephritis develops

The exact cause of nephritis is not known. It may be related to immune disorders, genetic factors and infections. 1. Autoimmune disorder: usually divided into humoral immunity and cellular immunity. Humoral immunity refers to in vitro antigen and in vivo antigen, which causes the body to produce antibodies, and the immune complex formed by the two antibodies is deposited in the glomerular basement membrane to induce inflammatory reaction and activate the complement, resulting in inflammatory reaction of the glomerulus. 2. Genetic factors: Clinical evidence shows that some nephritis is hereditary, and patients with hereditary nephritis carry hereditary mutation genes. 3. Infection: Clinical evidence shows that infection can induce glomerulonephritis, such as tonsillitis or skin infection. It is suggested that patients with nephritis should go to regular hospitals in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for standardized treatment in order to avoid delaying the condition.
