The symptoms of heart disease mainly depend on the disease suffered. According to the classification of the cause, the common heart diseases currently include coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, infective cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, etc. 1, coronary heart disease: the most common cardiovascular system diseases, common symptoms include: chest pain, chest tightness, chest discomfort, etc., chest pressure; shortness of breath; pain in the neck, jaw, throat, upper abdomen or back. It is worth noting that patients of different genders may present with different symptoms, for example, male patients are more likely to present with chest pain and female patients are more likely to present with chest discomfort with dyspnea, nausea, extreme weakness, etc. 2, arrhythmia: refers to abnormal heart rhythm, the heartbeat is too fast, too slow or irregular, common symptoms include: palpitations (can clearly feel the heart beating); chest pain or chest discomfort; shortness of breath; dizziness, vertigo, fainting. 3, congenital heart disease: severe congenital heart disease often shows symptoms soon after birth, including: cyanosis (nail beds, skin or mucous membranes turn blue-purple); swelling of the legs, abdomen or around the eyes; shortness of breath during infant feeding, resulting in slow weight gain; poor physical strength, recurrent colds and susceptibility to pneumonia; squatting (the child walks and then appears to squat, with legs in a flexed position); mild congenital heart disease may appear in childhood or Symptoms may appear in childhood or adulthood, including: shortness of breath after activity; easy fatigue; swelling of hands, ankles and other parts of the body. 4, cardiomyopathy: early cardiomyopathy may have no obvious symptoms, but as the disease worsens, symptoms may appear: shortness of breath after activity; swelling of the lower extremities and ankles; fatigue; palpitations from arrhythmias; dizziness, vertigo, and fainting. 5, infectious heart disease: disease caused by pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria infecting the inner lining of the ventricular wall or heart valves. Patient symptoms vary depending on the specific valve lesion. Common symptoms include: arrhythmia; fatigue, shortness of breath, and decreased activity tolerance; edema of the lower extremities or ankles; and syncope.
