Sweat patches, also known as lichen planus, are mainly treated by medication (e.g. ketoconazole) and general therapy. Drug treatment: lichen planus belongs to superficial skin infectious diseases, can use ketoconazole lotion, ketoconazole cream or oral itraconazole and other antifungal drugs, pay attention to take these drugs, some patients may be allergic to these drugs, or skin tingling and other side effects, ketoconazole, itraconazole and other allergic patients are prohibited. 2.
