Boiling water is not effective in sterilizing dishes, so it doesn’t work.
The temperature of boiling water is about 100 ℃, can kill some bacteria, but for stubborn bacteria is not effective. Disinfection to meet certain conditions, not only the temperature should be reached, the time should also be reached, such as bacteria and viruses, such as boiling water at 100 ℃ for 10 minutes or more, before the pathogenic bacteria can be completely killed, so as to play the role of disinfection.
If you want to disinfect the tableware, you can take the boiling disinfection method, or you can use the infrared sterilizer to disinfect or the oven to disinfect.
Boiling disinfection is to put the tableware into boiling water for about 5 minutes, or you can take steam disinfection, put the tableware into the steam cabinet, the temperature rises to 100 ℃, and leave it for 5-10 minutes, to play a disinfecting role.
If you have an oven or infrared sterilizer, set the temperature at about 120℃ and sterilize for 15-20 minutes.
Boiling water does not sterilize the tableware. If you are dining out, be sure to choose a restaurant that has sterilization equipment so that you can eat more safely and healthily.
