Herpes pharyngitis can be relieved after about 1 week of treatment, and patients need not worry too much. Herpes pharyngitis is mostly caused by viral infection of the respiratory tract, mostly in children. Patients often have symptoms such as fever, cough and sore throat, and treatment is based on antiviral, anti-infection and antipyretic. Patients can be given drugs orally or through intravenous administration. After systematic and standardized antiviral and anti-infective treatment, patients will be in remission in about 1 week; if patients develop recurrent high fever during treatment, they need to be given heat treatment in time. Patients are advised to go to a regular hospital for treatment and not to blindly believe in prescriptions. In addition, during the treatment process, patients should eat a light diet, drink more water, enhance oral hygiene, quit smoking and alcohol, and eat a liquid diet when the symptoms are severe to avoid greater irritation to the throat; after recovery, patients should strengthen physical exercise to improve the immunity of the body.
