What are the properties of grapes?

Grapes are sweet, sour and neutral in nature, and can be used in the lung, spleen and kidney meridians, and specific medication should be prescribed by a doctor.
Grapes are not only a common fruit in daily life, but also a traditional Chinese medicine, which is mainly made from the fruit of grapes in the family of Vitis vinifera, with the medicinal effects of tonifying qi and blood, soothing the tendons and channels, and facilitating urination. It has limited efficacy as a medicine and is usually not used alone.
This herb is mainly used for weak qi and blood, cough due to lung deficiency, rheumatism paralysis (joint pain caused by wind-cold-dampness, etc.), gonorrhea, edema, palpitations and night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping sweating after waking up), vexation and thirst, and imperviousness to acne rashes. Note that it should be used with caution in patients with yin deficiency and internal heat, solid heat in the stomach and intestines, or phlegm-heat internalization, and the adverse effects are not yet clear.
Patients are advised to seek prompt medical attention if they feel unwell. Specific medication should be under the guidance of a specialist, not unauthorized use of medication.
