How to take a shower after vaccination

It is not recommended to take a bath after vaccination. If you forget to take a bath after vaccination, you must closely and strictly observe the patient’s condition. When rubbing in the bath, it is necessary to pay attention to whether there is redness, swelling, heat and pain around the site of vaccination, and if the above symptoms appear, it proves that the site of vaccination is infected. In this case, the patient should be disinfected with iodophor, alcohol and saline and then dried naturally, and observe whether the patient has a fever. If the patient’s body temperature increases after vaccination and bathing, the patient must immediately go to the vaccination station for symptomatic treatment if the body temperature exceeds 38.5℃. If the patient forgets to take a bath after vaccination and there is no obvious local change, no obvious redness, swelling, heat, pain or itchy skin, rash, etc., you can temporarily dispense with symptomatic treatment, but you must closely observe the patient’s condition, dry the skin as much as possible after local drying, do not wipe other emollients, lotions and other substances, and observe the patient’s condition after local drying treatment for three days. These three days must be strictly to do light diet, avoid eating seafood, spicy and other stimulating food.
