Thoracic spine hyperdensity in lung cancer surgery review may be due to bone metastasis, trauma, thoracic spine osteophytes, etc. 1. Bone metastasis: in view of the patient’s history of lung cancer surgery, although most of the metastases in thoracic vertebrae are low-density shadows, osteogenic metastases may show high-density shadows, which should be highly alerted. 2. Trauma: when trauma leads to compression fracture of thoracic vertebrae, high-density shadow can also be seen, which is usually linear or strip-like. 3. Thoracic spondylolisthesis: due to osteophytes, high density shadow will be shown on radiographs, which generally does not need to be handled, and strengthening exercise can be done. If the patient review found that the thoracic spine appear high density shadow, do not be too nervous, need to cooperate with the doctor to improve the relevant examination, in order to clarify the nature of the high density shadow, such as: bone scanning, enhancement of CT, etc., and then give targeted treatment and therapy.
