Mastocytosis is the physiological hyperplasia and incomplete restoration of the normal breast lobules and disorders of the normal structure of the breast, which is a type of disease that is neither inflammatory nor tumorigenic. It mainly manifests itself as swelling and pain or tenderness of the breast, breast nodules and other symptoms, mostly cyclical changes, often showing the characteristics of premenstrual aggravation and postmenstrual relief, but a small number of people do not have the above-mentioned pattern of symptoms. The vast majority of women have breast enlargement manifestations. No special treatment is needed for breast enlargement, and there is no specific medicine. Most patients do not need medication, and only a few patients with significant clinical symptoms (e.g., pain) that affect normal life can take oral medication to control their symptoms. For patients with mastocytosis, review is more important than treatment. There is no direct relationship between mastocytosis and breast cancer.
