Mastocytosis is a benign hyperplastic lesion of the breast, and conservative treatment is generally advocated. Surgery can only remove the diseased breast tissue and cannot achieve the therapeutic purpose, and the rate of residual lesions and recurrence is higher after surgery. For patients with breast hyperplasia, local excision surgery lies more in the exclusion of malignant lesions in the breast, and surgery is recommended if the following symptoms occur: 1. long duration of the disease, more severe lesions, large size and hard texture of the lumps, and ineffective after prolonged drug treatment; 2. age above 40, family history of maternal breast cancer, and nodular breast lumps, which are significantly reduced at the end of drug treatment 3.The original breast lump increases rapidly within a short period of time; 4.Molybdenum x-ray indicates the possibility of malignant transformation.
