The obvious manifestations of early gout are as follows: 1. Non-specific manifestations: such as malaise, fever and generalized pain and discomfort; 2. Typical manifestations: sudden onset of acute joint pain, usually in the first metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe, the big toe joint and the back of the foot, accompanied by redness, swelling and heat, which may involve one joint or even multiple joints, or just one joint alone. The onset of the disease is very rapid and there are no obvious signs; 3. Late manifestations: If the gout is not well controlled, the joint pain will gradually spread and show multiple occurrences, and even a large amount of gout deposits will appear in the late stage, thus causing joint deformities.
