Wuling Capsule is composed of powdered Wuling Mushroom, which has the effect of tonifying the kidney and brain, nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the mind, and can be used for treating insomnia, forgetfulness, fatigue (mental exhaustion and physical weakness), palpitation and heartburn caused by incompatibility between the heart and kidney, and other disorders.
The adverse effects and contraindications of both drugs are not clear. If the patient suffers from kidney yin deficiency and incompatibility between the heart and kidney at the same time, such as lumbar and knee pain and weakness, hot flashes and night sweating, insomnia and forgetfulness, etc., the treatment should be based on nourishing the kidney yin and communicating with the heart and kidney (the heart fire descends and the kidney water rises, which are in mutual control), Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan and Wu Ling Capsules can be taken at the same time.
