Symptoms of eczema on the palms of the hands

The symptoms of eczema on the palms of the hands are not specifically different from those of eczema on other parts of the body. Some patients with eczema on the palms of their hands are caused by contact with special items, such as housewives or people with special jobs, and may experience significant thickening, cracking and itching of the skin on the palms of their hands. Some patients who repeatedly come into contact with items that can easily cause their allergies may also have complications with infections, because of long-term contact with allergic items, eczema recurring, resulting in long-term skin damage that does not heal, easily combined with bacterial, fungal, viral infections.
