Cerebral palsy is cerebral palsy. Early symptoms of cerebral palsy in children include movement disorders of the paralyzed limbs, abnormal muscle tone, abnormal posture, abnormal reflexes, etc., after which concomitant symptoms and illnesses may also appear. 1. Motor disorders of paralyzed limbs: including large movements such as lifting up, sitting, standing, walking alone and fine movements of fingers. 2. Abnormal muscle tone (1) Spasmodic type: the upper limb elbow and wrist joints are flexed, and the hand is clenched like a fist. The lower limbs are crossed in a scissor-legged manner, and the muscle tone is increased. (2) Dyskinesia: manifested as variant dystonia. (3) Hypotonia type: the paralyzed limbs are floppy, but tendon reflexes are present. (4) Tonic type: the generalized muscle tone is significantly increased and stiff. 3. Postural abnormalities: Due to abnormal muscle tone and delayed loss of primitive reflexes, children may have a variety of abnormal limb postures. 4. Abnormal reflexes: active tendon reflexes and delayed disappearance of primitive reflexes. 5. Accompanying symptoms and diseases: Some children with cerebral palsy have combined mental retardation, visual impairment, language dysfunction, hearing impairment and epilepsy. Other accompanying symptoms include joint dislocation, salivation, etc., which are related to the motor function disorders caused by cerebral palsy. Parents should take their children to the hospital in time when the above conditions occur, and standardize the treatment under the guidance of doctors.
