After the first exercise body aches and pains about a few days to recover

  Aches and pains are normal after the first exercise, and can disappear on their own within 5 days after stopping exercise.  During the process of exercise, the body will produce a large amount of lactic acid, when the lactic acid content is greater than the rate of body consumption, it can impede the flow of blood, resulting in the symptoms of body aches and pains. This kind of exercise generated soreness does not require treatment, and generally disappears on its own within 5 days after stopping exercise. If you insist on exercising in the state of soreness, the soreness can disappear earlier, usually in 2-3 days. In order to prevent the symptoms of soreness after exercise, it is recommended to stretch the muscles after exercise to help metabolize lactic acid, which can effectively reduce the symptoms of soreness.  In addition, part of aerobic exercise, such as slow walking and swimming, can also be performed after exercise to promote the disappearance of soreness symptoms as soon as possible.
