If the amount of oxalate in food intake is too much, and the calcium oxalate in the urine is in a supersaturated state, the excess calcium oxalate crystals may precipitate out of the urine and form stones.  3, meat, animal offal to eat less: meat metabolism produces uric acid. Animal offal is high purine food, after decomposition and metabolism, it also produces high blood uric acid, which is a component of stone formation. Eat less salt (sodium chloride) and calcium, has a “synergistic effect” in the body, and can interfere with the metabolic process of drugs for the prevention and treatment of kidney stones.  4, should not eat more sweets: sweets in the main component is sugar, after taking too much sugar, urinary calcium ion concentration, oxalic acid and urinary acidity will increase. Increased urine acidity can make calcium urate, calcium oxalate easy to precipitate, prompting the formation of stones.  5, do not drink milk before going to bed: the most dangerous factor for stone formation is the concentration of calcium in the urine, which suddenly increases in a short period of time. 2~3 hours after drinking milk, it is the peak of calcium elimination through the kidneys, so when you are in a sleep state, urine concentration, calcium through the kidneys more, so easy to form stones.  6, eat more vitamin-rich food: eat more vegetables and fruits vegetables and fruits, such as alfalfa, spinach, cabbage and oranges, which contain a large amount of vitamin B6, vitamin K. Vitamin B6 can reduce the formation of calcium oxalate crystals in the urine, vitamin K can reduce the oxalic acid content in the urine, so the diet should increase the intake of these two vitamins.
