How to treat a lump inside the ear

Bumps growing within the auricle require surgical treatment as do keloids or pigmented nevi in the ear. Due to the special anatomical structure within the auricle, localized skin defects can form after surgical excision, and local flaps need to be used for skin grafting to repair the surgical trauma, or the auricular trauma can be repaired with postauricular skin that preserves the vascular tips. Surgery cannot be completed in stage I. Stage II surgery is required to treat the ear graft flap with a broken tip, so that the auricular trauma can be repaired, and the donor area of the postauricular flap will not form an obvious surgical scar.
