3. Scabies mite: Scabies mite infection can show skin papules, papules, scabies nodules and tunnels. Papules and bullae are mainly the size of rice grains and light red or skin color; scabies nodules are dark red nodules three to five millimeters in diameter; tunnels are often grayish-white or light black with shallow lines and slightly elevated curves. It is usually accompanied by intense itching, especially at night.
