There are two times a month bleeding after abortion, which may be related to the following factors: First, after resumption of ovulation due to the decline of estrogen and progesterone during the ovulation period, resulting in endometrial withdrawal bleeding, which is mistaken for menstruation. Vaginal bleeding after abortion due to residual tissue in the uterus, or vaginal bleeding due to infection, or vaginal bleeding due to poor uterine regeneration is not menstruation. The said menstruation is a normal physiological phenomenon, which is regular, and it’s normal to have menstruation once a month. After abortion, if there is bleeding in addition to menstruation, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to do the appropriate examination to find out what causes the bleeding, and according to the results of the appropriate treatment, in order to ensure the physical and mental health of women.
