The recommended first dose for all patients between the ages of 18 and 64 is 30mg, which needs to be taken 1 to 3 hours before sexual intercourse. If results are unsatisfactory and side effects are acceptable, the dosage may be increased to the maximum recommended dose of 60mg, to be taken orally every 24 hours when using the maximum dosage.
This product is indicated for the treatment of all male patients between the ages of 18 and 64 years of age who experience persistent or recurrent ejaculation before, during, or shortly after penile penetration and before sexual satisfaction, personal distress due to premature ejaculation, or interpersonal difficulties and poor ejaculatory control. Not indicated for children, adolescents, or women.
Adverse reactions such as headache, nausea, diarrhea, and insomnia can occur with the use of this product. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the product, heart failure, significant myocardial ischemia and valvular disease, moderate and severe liver injury.
