Ultrasound examination of the liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach and kidney is preferred. Ultrasound examination of the stomach is less effective than that of the liver, gallbladder, spleen and kidney, which is good and very accurate and also has the advantage of being fast, convenient and economical. Ultrasound examination of the liver, gallbladder, spleen and kidney should be performed on an empty stomach, and if abnormalities are found, other tests can be considered to determine the specific cause or nature of the lesion. For hepatobiliary, spleen and kidney occupational lesions, enhanced CT or MRI and tumor markers are feasible; for kidney stones, urography is feasible; for diffuse echogenicity of the liver, liver fibrillation four, hepatitis B five, liver transient elastography and other related tests are feasible; for gastric examination, gastroscopy is preferred, which is more intuitive and more accurate, and painless gastroscopy has been widely carried out in the clinic, which is more comfortable for patients. Of course, upper gastrointestinal barium meal is also an option, but the accuracy is not as good as gastroscopy.
