Physiological high neutrophil count does not need treatment, acute infection, severe trauma, malignant hematologic diseases and other pathologically high, need to use drugs to treat. 1. The normal value of adult blood neutrophil count is about (4~10)×10⁹/L. Physiological factors, such as pregnancy, strenuous exercise, and stimulation by drastic changes in the external environment, can lead to high physiological neutrophil counts, which do not need to be treated, and can be restored to normal after rest. 2. Pathological factors such as acute infections, severe trauma and bleeding, blood system diseases and other factors, need targeted treatment. (1) The treatment of acute infection includes penicillin and other antibiotic anti-infection treatment, as well as surgical debridement of infected abscesses. (2) Treatment of severe trauma bleeding includes surgical exploration to stop bleeding, debridement and suturing, replenishment of blood volume, and application of tetanus and other vaccines to prevent tetanus infection. (3) Malignant blood diseases, such as leukemia, require chemotherapy with drugs such as cytarabine and Zoerythromycin. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the above drugs need to be used under the guidance of clinicians, and unauthorized use of drugs is prohibited.
