Clean underwear (no discharge) is not directly related to pregnancy. Vaginal discharge is accompanied by changes in hormone levels in the body after pregnancy. The most important symptoms of pregnancy are: 1. obvious history of menopause; 2. early pregnancy reaction, which usually occurs around 6 weeks of pregnancy and is due to the secretion of a special hormone called chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), the abbreviation of which is HCG. along with a doubling of HCG, there will be a decrease in the secretion of gastric acid and prolongation of gastric retention, which will lead to nausea and vomiting, which will be more pronounced in the morning, and anorexia of fatty foods. The nausea, vomiting and aversion to greasy food will disappear in about 3 months of pregnancy and can generally be tolerated; 3. Along with the changes in hormone levels in the body there will be a re-growth of breast ducts and follicles, and the re-growth of breasts will be manifested in the swelling and discomfort of the breasts; 4. Along with the increase in the size of the uterus, some pregnant women will have the symptom of frequent urination.
