Benign meningiomas grow slowly and have a long course, with a typical cycle of 2-4 years. Meningiomas do not grow at a uniform rate, and their growth rate changes at different times. According to CT measurements, it takes approximately 317 days for a meningioma to appear to grow exponentially. Treatment of benign meningiomas is usually surgical, aiming for complete removal of the meningioma while ensuring the patient’s brain function, as well as treating the dura mater and removing it if necessary to ensure the patient’s quality of life as much as possible.
