The pulmonary manifestations of Angina vasculitis are fever, cough, hemoptysis, and clinical signs of dyspnea. There are no characteristic positive pulmonary signs on pulmonary examination. Radiological imaging examinations include x-rays and CT examinations, which show widespread punctate or patchy blurred shadows in the lungs. Because of the atypical clinical signs of angiitis, it can be easily confused with pneumonia. Anti-inflammatory treatment is not useful. Anti-neutrophil antibodies showing positive results are strong clinical evidence in support of Anca vasculitis.
