Furosemide Micro Pump Configuration Methods

Furosemide is highly alkaline, micro-pump injection should be diluted with sodium chloride injection, should not be diluted with dextrose injection, in the micro-pump administration, the configuration method is 200mg furosemide injection diluted with 30ml of saline, the first use of a loading dose of 20mg of intravenous push, and then maintenance pumping of 2~20ml/h.
When furosemide is used in the treatment of edematous disorders, in order to minimize the occurrence of water-electrolyte disturbances, the intravenous injection should be started with a small dose, and then the dose should be adjusted according to the diuretic response.
It should be noted that, anuria or renal function is seriously impaired, diabetic patients, patients with hyperuricemia, acute myocardial infarction, etc. to be used with caution, the need to use the drug should also follow the doctor’s instructions, do not blindly use their own medication, in order to avoid the emergence of serious adverse reactions.
