Should bananas be steamed for babies?

Bananas can be eaten with or without steaming, and parents can choose the cooking method according to the baby’s gastrointestinal condition.
Banana itself is ripe before eating, so if the baby’s gastrointestinal function is not too bad, it is not necessary to steam before giving the baby to eat. For 6-month-old babies, you can directly cut a few slices of banana and scald them in boiling water for a minute or two, and then make mashed banana for your baby to eat after the slices soften.
But if the baby’s stomach is intolerant to cooler banana puree, it is better to steam it for the baby to eat.
Bananas are a good complementary food choice, generally do not need to be heated and steamed, but if the baby’s stomach is not good, parents can steam bananas for babies to eat.
