How to extract baby teeth

Milk teeth may need to be extracted under anesthesia by buccolingual wiggling with dental tines or dental pliers, rotary extraction, anesthesia is divided into surface anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia, it is recommended to go to the hospital for specific examination and treatment.
1. Milk incisors, milk lateral incisors and milk cusps with poor root resorption are usually extracted by local infiltration anesthesia, and then loosened with dental tappet, and then extracted with dental pliers using rotary force appropriately.
2. If the roots of the first and second molar teeth are not resorbed, they are usually extracted after local anesthesia with a dental tappet, then buccolingual movement with dental pliers, and then upward and downward direction.
3. If the roots of the milk teeth are mostly resorbed, basically, surface anesthesia is used, and then the affected teeth are extracted with dental pliers.
After extraction, local hemostasis is required and no brushing or rinsing is allowed for 24 hours.
