What is graded individualized treatment of psoriasis (psoriasis)?

Psoriasis can be divided into many types, each with a different treatment. Even for the same type of psoriasis, treatment varies depending on the severity of the disease. For example, psoriasis vulgaris can be divided into light (skin involvement of less than 2% of the total skin area), medium (skin involvement of 3-10% of the total skin area), and heavy (skin involvement of more than 10% of the total skin area) depending on the area of skin involvement. Generally, the area of one hand of an adult accounts for 1% of the total surface area, according to which we can deduce the area of the affected skin. 1.Light psoriasis of common type can be treated with simple topical medication based on psychological relaxation, more exercise, appropriate sun exposure and moisturizers, and can be treated with topical glucocorticoids combined with vitamin D derivatives, combined with salicylic acid and other drugs; 2.Moderate psoriasis can be treated with ultraviolet light therapy on top of this, and oral medication can also be taken; 3.Severe psoriasis often requires systemic medication, such as oral vitamin A acid, methotrexate, cyclosporine and so on, and also can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine or biological agents. On the basis of the above treatment, individualized treatment of the patient should be considered. Some patients with small skin lesions, but a large impact on work and life can also be treated systematically. The treatment plan should be adjusted according to each individual’s physique.
