Remove part of the supraorbital fat, in the process of recovery, there may be adhesion, adhesion will also produce a pulling force on the upper eyelid, the patient will feel tight. 3, suture is too tight, too dense, there may be in the process of suture suture is too tight, too dense, resulting in a certain sense of tightness, this situation will be much better after removing the suture. For the first and second cases, as the recovery after double eyelid surgery slowly gets better, the pulling and tightness will gradually decrease and disappear over time.
