What is the meaning of cystic occupancy of the right adnexa?

A cyst in the right adnexal region means a localized cystic lesion in the ovary, fallopian tube, or uterine ligament, which is often benign, but of course, malignant lesions may occur in some cases. Once a cystic lesion is found, the following tests should be done: a. Gynecological examination to understand the size of the cystic lesion, whether there is local pressure and pain, and whether the activity is good. (2) Blood sampling for gynecologic oncology laboratory tests to rule out the possibility of malignant changes. If the occupancy is in the ovary >5cm in diameter, surgery is recommended. If the effusion is formed in the fallopian tube, anti-inflammatory treatment is recommended.
