Pepper water has insecticidal and antipruritic effects and is a folk remedy for mycosis vaginalis. It can relieve vulvar itching caused by various types of vaginitis stimulation, but it cannot cure mycosis vaginalis. Mycotic vaginitis must be treated with a standardized systematic treatment, such as washing the vulva with 2%-4% sodium bicarbonate water and vaginal administration of clotrimazole tablets or suppositories for 2-3 courses of treatment in a course of 7-10 days, as well as regular rechecking of the leucorrhoea routine at the hospital, with three consecutive clean menstrual periods followed by a negative recheck indicating cure. Therefore, patients with mycosis vaginalis must be treated regularly with medication under the guidance of a doctor and pay attention to rest and personal hygiene. During the treatment period, avoid eating spicy and stimulating food, mainly high protein and low fat, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and forbid sexual intercourse to prevent cross-infection or re-infection of sexual life.
