The active ingredient of Colapitol eye drops is levofloxacin hydrochloride, Colapitol is a trade name for a quinolone antibiotic that is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent that can be used to treat ocular inflammation caused by bacterial infection and is commonly used to treat bacterial conjunctivitis, bacterial keratitis, mydriasis, and blepharitis, blepharitis, lacrimal sacitis, and as a preventive medication before ophthalmic surgery. The medication is usually administered 4 times a day, or every 1-2 hours in more severe cases.
