What you can eat with duodenal bulb ulcers

Duodenal bulb ulcer can usually take omeprazole enteric-coated capsules, famotidine tablets and magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets, etc. If there is Helicobacter pylori infection, quadruple therapy eradication treatment is needed.
1. Inhibit gastric acid secretion: commonly used proton pump inhibitors such as omeprazole can act on the hydrogen potassium ATPase of the acid-acid-producing wall cells, which can change the activity of hydrogen potassium ATPase and inhibit the secretion of gastric acid. H2 receptor blockers such as famotidine inhibit the secretion of gastric acid by inhibiting the H2 receptor on the gastric mucosal cells.
Clinically, it is mainly used to relieve gastric pain, heartburn and acid reflux caused by excessive gastric acid, thus relieving duodenal bulb ulcers.
2. Gastric mucosal protective agent: It can increase the synthesis of prostaglandin E2, enhance the barrier effect of gastric mucosa, and also promote the release of epidermal factor in gastric mucosa. It can also adsorb and bind pepsin and inhibit its activity, which is conducive to the repair of the ulcer surface, thus relieving duodenal bulb ulcers.
3. Eradication of Helicobacter pylori: If combined with Helicobacter pylori infection, it can be eradicated with a four-combination therapy of a proton pump inhibitor + a bismuth agent + two antibiotics. Commonly used proton pump inhibitors are omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc., bismuth agent is bismuth potassium citrate, etc., and antibiotics are amoxicillin, metronidazole and clarithromycin.
If the patient duodenal bulb ulcer, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time, and actively cooperate with the doctor for treatment.
