That’s why the combination of HPV and TCT can increase the accuracy of cervical cancer screening to about 95%, and when one of the tests is positive, it indicates an abnormal performance. If there is also cervical erosion and contact bleeding during intercourse, a cervical biopsy should be performed to determine whether there are pathological changes in the cervix.
