Most of the sprains on the surface of the foot occur due to muscle and soft tissue injuries. After taking conservative treatment, local topical application of blood-activating and pain-relieving cream or topical application of Fotarin spray can significantly relieve pain in about 1-3 days after treatment. If the patient has a complete rupture of the muscles and soft tissues on the top of the foot, there is obvious local pain and swelling, and there is limitation of movement. The treatment is surgical, with incision and muscle repair. Postoperative analgesic treatment was given, and the pain was gradually reduced about 1 week after surgery.
